Access Feedback Form

Click on the "Feedback" button or link available in the CloudCanvas interface to open the feedback submission form.

The feedback form is accessible from various locations throughout the application, including the main navigation, help sections, and error pages.

Provide Detailed Information

Enter meaningful and comprehensive data to help our team understand your feedback better:

  • Title: Provide a clear, descriptive title for your feedback
  • Description: Include detailed information about the issue, request, or suggestion
  • Steps to Reproduce: For bugs, include step-by-step instructions to reproduce the issue
  • Expected vs Actual Behavior: Describe what you expected versus what actually happened
  • Environment Details: Include browser version, operating system, and any relevant technical details
